EREDA participates in the Latin American Network of Climate Change Offices about NAMA projects in the sector of Renewable Energies, held in Montevideo from 22 to 24 July, about the methodologies and capabilities of NAMA reduction projects addressed emissions of greenhouse gases. EREDA has recently been awarded with a project of this type, the result of cooperation between Spain and Uruguay with the aim of maximizing the penetration of renewable energies into the electricity grid of Uruguay, to ensure the presence of these energies in the energy mix, that in the coming years will make Uruguay the country with the largest wind energy network.
